Having spent the last 17 years in sales and marketing, in some of the largest Medical Device companies such as ResMed, Medtronic, and Stryker, Mina has developed a passion for scoping new products to disrupt markets, building, and executing go-to-market strategies. In his current role at Smith + Nephew, managing the Orthopaedic Robotics portfolio, Mina builds on his experience over the years to ensure the success of these products commercially, and for hospitals, surgeons, and their patients. Developing, launching, and managing many products and portfolios over the years has highlighted the strong need to understand market trends, and how to segment customer types in managing the complex web of product lifecycle management. Tailoring messaging and understanding strengths and drivers has also served Mina well outside of work with hobbies including training working dogs and serving as a martial arts instructor!
