Glenn is the Head of Customer Advocacy, APJ at Workday, a leading provider of enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources. He has been leading the Customer Advocacy team in Asia Pacific & Japan for the last 6 years, and his team supports the company’s growth by identifying, cultivating, and leveraging customer advocates in support of the region’s business priorities. Prior to Workday, Glenn held customer-centric roles at Gartner, Starhub and Concentrix. Outside his core job, he is the Global Liaison for Workday’s Pride Employee Belonging Council (EBC) and is a strong advocate in valuing inclusion, belonging and equity in the workplace. During his free time, he loves to hike, explore new restaurants and play with his dogs.
